What is bone broth?
Bone broth and collagen powder come from the same place. Bones, simmered slowly, until the connective tissue breaks down. The difference is how far the process goes and what you do with the result.
Bone broth is the liquid, kept whole. You sip it, cook with it, or use it as a stock base. It carries flavour, and it behaves like food because it is food.
Collagen powder is that same material taken further, dried, and made neutral. It dissolves into coffee, tea, porridge or a smoothie without changing the taste, and it holds up to heat, so you can cook with it rather than only stirring it into cold drinks.
Both of ours come from organic, grass-fed Nordic cattle, and both are naturally rich in the amino acids glycine and proline. Our collagen powder also contains hyaluronic acid.
Which one to choose
Bone broth if you want something you drink or cook with, and you like the taste of real stock.
Collagen powder if you want the simplest possible daily habit, or if you want something that disappears into what you are already drinking.
