The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process that preserves the nutrients in their natural and bioactive form (1, 2, 3). It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5, and B12), and copper – micronutrients that the body can easily absorb.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin, immune function, and iron metabolism. Vitamin B12 and riboflavin support the normal functioning of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
