Coming Soon. Our new Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500mL) is pressed from Lianolia olives grown on Corfu, Greece, from olive groves with trees over 500 years old. Harvested early, cold extracted, and unfiltered. The result is an oil with an analysed high content of olive oil polyphenols, including 476 mg/kg oleocanthal and 295 mg/kg oleacein, with a total polyphenol content of 1,174 mg/kg.
The olives are grown without irrigation in a living ecosystem near Agios Mathios at Mount Gamillios. The olives are crushed shortly after harvest and extracted by cold extraction at low temperature. No refining, no chemical solvents. Only oil from the latest harvest.
