1. Why can't I choose an address in Europe?
We currently only ship products within the UK on functionalfuture.co.uk.
If you're located in the EU, please visit our EU site: functionalfuture.eu.
2. Do you offer subscriptions in the UK?
Yes! We offer flexible subscription plans with up to 30% off your next order. Subscribe once, and we’ll take care of the rest — cancel or pause anytime.
3. When will my order ship?
We ship every Monday and Wednesday.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on those days will be included in the same-day dispatch.
4. How do I use your Ginger Turmeric Elixir?
Take 1–2 shots daily (2 cl), either straight or mixed with water, juice, or tea. Start diluted if you're new to ginger and turmeric.
5. How should I store the elixirs?
Keep them refrigerated (2–8°C). After opening, we recommend consuming within 3 weeks for optimal freshness and potency.
6. Are your products vegan?
Our Ginger & Turmeric Elixir is 100% vegan, certified biodynamic and Fairtrade.
Note: Bone Broth and Organ Matrix are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
7. What is the difference between your EU and UK sites?
The products are the same, but availability, shipping, and pricing are tailored to your location. Visit functionalfuture.co.uk if you're in the UK, or functionalfuture.eu if you're in the EU.
8. Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you have received your order, and haven't opened them, you can return them within 14 days from delivery.
9. I am interested in Bone Broth / Organ Matrix / Beef Liver / Gingershots - can I buy?
On functionalfuture.co.uk, we only offer our Collagen powder & Calcium Matrix. If you are located in the EU, you can buy our whole range of products. We are in the process of offering our whole range to the UK, and expect to do so in late 2025 / early 2026.
