If you are not at home, your parcel will be sent to the nearest parcel shop.
You will receive an SMS or e-mail from our transport supplier when your package is
on its way.
Should a package get lost along the way, we reserve the right to spend up to 1 week,
in collaboration with our transport supplier, to search and find the package.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES IN PACKAGE SHOP:
If your parcel is sent to a parcel shop - remember to pick it up as soon as possible.
