Shipping policy
Dispatch
We dispatch orders every weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times and costs
UK orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on UK orders over £60.
Tracking
When your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an SMS or email from our delivery partner with tracking details.
If you’re not at home
If no one is home to receive your parcel, it will be taken to your nearest parcel shop. Your delivery partner will let you know where it can be collected.
Uncollected parcels
Please collect your parcel from the parcel shop as soon as possible. Parcels not collected are returned to us. Dry products will be refunded, while wet products (Bone Broth and Gingershots) cannot be refunded, as they are perishable and can’t be resold once they have been out of refrigeration.
Lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We’ll work with our delivery partner for up to one week to locate it. If it can’t be found, we’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the parcel and its contents, and we’ll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before the parcel is dispatched.
International delivery
We also deliver outside the UK. Delivery costs for international orders are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are in europe, please shop through functionalfuture.eu.
