Refund policy

We created Functional Future to help as many people as possible with our products.
That's why it's natural for us to stand behind them with confidence.

Our dry products (powders and capsules) can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that wet products, such as our Bone Broth and Ginger Turmeric Elixir, cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Should you, contrary to expectations, want a refund on an eligible dry product, here's how it works:

• Send an email to info@functionalfuture.co.uk
• Include your name and order number
• Let us know your reason for returning it (this isn't required, but it helps us improve)
• We'll transfer your refund via bank transfer
• You can expect your refund no later than ten days after we receive your request
