Ginger & Turmeric Shots, Cold-Pressed and Biodynamic
Most ginger shots on the shelf are made from concentrate, topped up with apple or orange juice, and pasteurised until the taste is gone. This one is cold-pressed juice from fresh roots, bottled in glass, with no added sugar and no additives.
What's in it
Four ingredients: biodynamic ginger, biodynamic turmeric, freshly squeezed Sicilian lemons, and extract of hand-picked chamomile flowers. That's the full list.
The ginger and turmeric come from a small biodynamic farming collective in Peru. Biodynamic is sometimes described as organic plus, because it sets stricter requirements on pesticide use, soil condition, animal welfare and fair trade. We're certified annually by the Demeter Association, so the traceability is documented rather than described.
Our Simple Elixir contains hand-picked biodynamic ginger roots from Peru and freshly pressed Sicilian lemons for a clean and powerful flavour experience. With a focus on minimal processing and sustainability, it is ideal for those who value quality. Free from added preservatives and artificial ingredients.
Our Advanced Elixir is based on the same foundation as our Simple Shot but includes black pepper and spirulina. The black pepper contains piperine, which is known to enhance the absorption of curcumin, the antioxidant compound naturally found in turmeric. Together, they create a powerful addition to a healthy and varied diet.

What's naturally in the root
Fresh ginger naturally contains gingerols, the pungent compounds behind its warmth. Turmeric contains curcuminoids, including curcumin, the polyphenols behind its colour. We cold-press instead of pasteurising, so these compounds are never cooked away.
